MCP Server

DBAASP provides an MCP Server for supported integrations. The MCP Server is not publicly available at this time.

To request access information, please send a support ticket through the Contact Support page and mention MCP Server access in your request.

The MCP Server exposes tools that let MCP-compatible clients retrieve peptide records, and search the DBAASP database.

MCP search is based on the same DBAASP search model as the REST API. Search parameters, filtering behavior, and returned peptide response data are the same as in the REST API.

Tool	Description	Capabilities
get_peptides	Retrieves full peptide information for one or more DBAASP peptide IDs.	Supports peptide lookup by DBAASP record identifier.
search_peptides	Searches peptides by filters with pagination.	Supports searching by ID, name, sequence, SMILES, peptide properties, target information, article metadata, and other DBAASP search fields.
